After 1. 2 the mod broke. So i fixed it and changed location and made it bigger, also buyable, made a proper map marker, added trees, a Trainer for Sparing. and many more things!!

I tried contacting him by messages but i got no answer. since his mod was broken i would imagine he would be glad i fixed it.
He has been absent for a while, if he comes back and wants me to put this mod down. i will do immedietly,
