Countess Carvain tells them at the start of the quest that the Madstone protects its wearer from poisons of any type, however the amulet only has a 50% enchantment.
The legendary amulet is now buffed to match its legend status, now providing:
- Resist Poison on Self 100%
- Resist Disease on Self 100%
- Resist Paralysis on Self 100%
No spoilers on how to actually get it in game.
Truth be told its also advertised to look like "(...) a snake coiled around and encircling itself.
The eyes of the snake are supposed to be precious gems or some such."
But idk how to make custom models so imma just blame that on Carvain's bad intel.
