Install UE4SS and Tessyncmapinjector.

MO2 users, your mod manager sucks at loading ue4ss and its mods. Enable ForceloadLibraries or smth. Idk.

I had this issue when using the MO2 beta release with OBSE64 ue4ss Loader. If instead you use the force load libraries method, described here, the command not found issue goes away for me.

Install the core file. It contains the models and forms, the Syncmap.ini and a somewhat stable version of the esp file.

Install the separate esp file. Overwrite the core files with it. This contains the updated esp. I will keep them separate because I keep updating the mod, I don't want to needlessly reupload 90 mb of models with every update.

Older versions of Oblivion are no longer supported, you can dig out the old forms for pre-1. 2 update in the old files section.
