📋 About This Mod
While closely following in the footsteps of the original texture design, this mod is a complete and total 4k remake of the Dark Brotherhood armor and hood textures, with fully new normal, metallic, and roughness maps as well.
This replaces the textures for both male and female versions.
This also works on the Raiment of the Crimson Scar from The Vile Lair DLC!
The mod comes in several different color variants.
They come as separate downloads and have the same file names for the mod files. You can only use one at a time!
The Vanilla style comes with two different options too:
Extract the files from the downloaded archive into the following folder, where the game is installed:
...\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\
(The same folder that already contains files like OblivionRemastered-Windows.pak)
(You can use WinZip, 7zip, or similar archive-handling programs to extract the files)
If you want to stop using the mod, delete the following 3 files:
Dr_DarkBrotherhood_ArmorTexture_P.pak
Dr_DarkBrotherhood_ArmorTexture_P.ucas
Dr_DarkBrotherhood_ArmorTexture_P.utoc
From the aforementioned ...\Paks\ folder.
This mod will only conflict with any other mod that replaces textures for the Dark Brotherhood armor and hood, both male and female version.
