You mean to tell me the Arch-Mage of the Mages Guild barely knows how to make potions? Can't afford nor have in their possession the best tools of the job?
Not anymore!
A simple item replacer for the Novice apparatus in the Arch-Mage's quarters with either Master or Expert versions depending on your file of choice.
Download one file only of the two available mod files (Master or Expert).
How to Install (If mod managers aren't working yet or you want to do it manually)

[]Place the .esp in your data folder - for Steam users this is \steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data but I am unsure what it is for Gamepass users, sorry.
