If you've done a quest and a house is without owner afterwards, The Imperial Real Estate in the Market District has most of the sales for you!
When the house is for sale, you’ll get a flyer about the details. If you are interested, speak to the vendor and a quest is opened about that house.
Sometimes things go a bit out of the box and then you get a quest without a flyer, just investigate!
Version 2. 1 with more bug fixes and fixing more spelling errors and some more (se further down).
Now is version 2. 0 out with a lot of bug and problem fixes. You'll get the chance to buy The Drunken Dragon Inn near Leyawiin, Toutius Sextius Manor in Skingrad and the abandoned house in Anvil. The later is sold empty so you can place the furniture you buy at The Imperial Furniture. Nerastarel's and Lorkmir's houses have the option to be cleared out by the local merchant, too. Cadlew Chapel has now the option to change the decoration and you got a boat to travel there from Bravil. And there is a lot more to discover (The Sea Tub Clarabella Quest, Waters Edge, Reynald Jemanes House...). But now it's summer and I have to test my new Scott Sub Cross 30 :-D HejHej.
