this mod replaces the interior of the bruma house for sale. you will get nice furniture, sofas and chairs, a kitchen area, a bathtub and an alchemical sorter (with COBL)... look at the screenshots. they will say more than words. you can switch almost any light source on and off with fire and frost. but like in real life any fire will turn off after a while. you still have to buy the house and the furniture as usual.
