Later in the Mages Guild quest his store becomes inaccessible thus you can\'t ever buy the spell if you haven\'t already. This mod adds that spell to different stores so you don\'t have to worry about buying it before that certain quest. -adds it to the Mystic Emporium of the Imperial City Market District -adds it to the Mages Guild of Skingrad
