Silvertooth Manor

- Purchase the title to the manor from the blades captain who patrols outside the manor in the daytime. The base price is 85,000 gold.

- Lots of storage and display cases. If a cell within the manor contains "Silvertooth" in its name, then all containers are safe for storage. Cells without "Silvertooth" in their name (e.g., Freezer Warehouse, Greenhouse, Squall Marshal House etc.) only have respawning/unsafe containers

- Use the orb of recharging to recharge any enchanted items. The enchanted anvil next to it repairs items.

- The spellmaking and enchanting stations can be found in the magic room, as well as an alchemical station.

- Use the teleportation obelisk to learn a spell (lesser power with flat 25 magicka cost) to teleport back to the manor

- The one-way portal enables instant travel to any of the major cities of cyrodiil

- The enchanted kegs provide alcohol, and you can obtain various pieces of food through using the food menus

- The shady blade offers fence services

- There is a shrine with an altar and a cleric who sells standard cleric spells

- There is a drawings chest in the bedchambers. Once every day, a random amount of gold up to 900 gold is deposited into the chest.

- Many, many bookshelves filled with books including skill books.

- Adds sanatorium to the manor (cell has respawning containers, do NOT store items there). The sanatorium healer sells a variety of potions.
