Installer for a useful modding tool for creating bink files.
This is simply an installer for a tool I found that helped me create one of my Oblivion mods. The tool isn't mine, check out RAD Game Tools since they are the original creators. Upon searching the nexus for this tool extensively, I took it upon myself to upload it here in case their website were taken down or some other catastrophe that would result in the loss of access to this amazing utility.
