Adds an apartment building to the outskirts of Leyawiin (Only modifies 1 cell: Leyawiin Exterior 18 <25,-36>); you may purchase 1 unit (Room C) for 17,500 septims (base price) from Hlaalu Hadervu. The only safe containers are found in your
The apartments have several communal facilities you may use, including a shrine to the nine, a basement pool and altars of spellmaking and enchanting (magically locked; only apartment residents with access to the arcane university may use them). All NPCs have full daily schedules, and will do various activities, use the different communal facilities or head into Leyawiin depending on the day of the week. They also provide different services (merchants, spell merchant, recharge, repair).
This mod provides an alternative (small but upper-class) house for Leyawiin - more expensive than the vanilla house, but far nicer.
Cleaned with TES4Edit. Should be compatible with anything that does not modify that single cell (Some distance East of Leyawiin, near Darkfathom cave.)
