Safer Roads

Description:

Disables the roadside bandits, any roadside bandit level list that I missed will now spawn a sheep. Dangerous animals have been moved off the roads and into the wilds where they belong. Any animal level list that I may have missed will now only spawn a sheep or a deer. Bandit Highwayman using level lists that I could find were disabled and the lists changed to spawn a sheep. Bandit Highwayman that are not level list spawns are either disabled or will now spawn with 0 stats including health, not have the highwayman script and no AI packages.. they will simply die as soon as they spawn. It's best to be used alongside mods that adds traveling NPC's on the roads so the roads will be what they should have been. You may still get attacked on the roads if something wanders close enough to detect you as you pass by, it's not Safe roads but Safer Roads. Those occasional fights are not very predictable or at the same spot everytime so are good.

Reason for the mod? I got sick of the same bandits and highwaymen at the same spots on the roads, they are predictable and boring. I also just want to go from point A to B without fighting something every 100 feet at the same spots everytime, they just get annoying. I liked the concept of highwaymen but the implementation was terrible, again always at the same spots and they would try to rob you when an imperial patrol is right there making it just stupid, and if I get forcegreeted by them one more time I am going to burst a vessel.
