A short and simple quest to obtain Hope's Fire.
Look for the dead scholar along the Red Road, near the Yellow Road to get a clue and enable the quest.
The sword / dagger is a very powerful weapon. I've set the stats to be what I think is the Oblivion
equivelant to Morrowind weapon. You must defeat the holder of the weapon to gain possesion of it. He is nothing
special, but he will be your level and he DOES use weapon to defend himself.
(If you don't know the capabilities of the weapon, I suggest you find out before you take him on.)
