This mod requires: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18619 This is an esp fix only, you will need the files from the linked mod for this to work. Extract the esp to your oblivion data directory and overwrite the old esp. To get the staves to work, enchant them like normal. Then drop the item, pick it up, equip it, unequip it and then requip again, should be good to go. I take no credit for anything here, original credits can be seen from the linked mod. Credit for the script I used to get enchants to work properly belongs to J3X (http://www.tesnexus.com/modules/members/index.php?id=127512) as pulled from their Unenchanted Staves mod.
