If your a CS modder and cant find out how to get rid of the realy annoying and cannot find away to get rid of it it simply replaces the sound with a general oblivon sound that fits in well with most oblivon gate locations this is great if your mod(s) is located ontop of an oblivon gate and removes the annoying sound. this replaces the sound for every oblivion gate in the game and you cant reli notice it missing.
