ELVEN_GARDENS_APARTMENT

This mod adds a player-owned apartment to the IC Elven gardens District. It's small, but there are upgrades to make it very livable. You will need to speak to Vinicia Melissaeia at the Office of Imperial Commerce in the IC Market District to purchase the pad. You may have to raise her Disposition to get her to sell you the place. Once you talk to her the quest starts and markers will lead you the rest of the way. I duped the vanilla house quests to a tee with quest updates, markers, fully voiced dialogue, etc. It plays out exactly like a vanilla quest. You'll never notice the difference.

What the house does NOT contain is ANY cheats. No altars, no Arcane University hardware, nothing like that. It's a house fashioned in the vanilla mold. And there are no crates or barrels in the living areas. I hate that in vanilla houses.

I DID add two extras. There is a map marker so you can fast travel to your front door (which should have been in the vanilla game anyway) and a smokin' hot blonde maid that you can dress in what ever you want, since Joel TheMadMole gave me permission to use his 'The Romancing of Eyja' container scripts. C'mon, I'm Kendo. Would you expect anything less out of me? XD XD XD The maid has a daily AI schedule and is fully voiced.

The mod uses vanilla clothing and body models so it is compatible with whatever body mod you use so long as it has Rens support files.

Oh, and the mod is 100% G-rated, none of my usual antics this time. Sorry.

Big huge giant credits got to Joel TheMadMole, who created the ‘Gone With The Wind’ of companion mods, The Romancing of Eyja. Another serious dose goes to Barabus for the Cook Range, another great idea overlooked by the original game designers. There were four playtesters but they may not want their names associated with mine, so THANKS GUYS for pointing out what I missed. All of you saved me a bundle of work.
