It allows to change the weather at any time in any place outside. Every weather from vanilla Oblivion and its official expansion (Shivering Isles) is accessible. INSTALLATION Copy ForecastersWill.esp to Oblivion\\Data folder and mark this file in Oblivion\'s Launcher. Load your any save. USAGE A lesser power that allows the control of the weather should be added automatically right after the start of any game. Cast the power. From the menu choose the weather. Done :] COMPATIBILITY This mod should be compatible with weather mods such as AWS and NW because it doesn\'t add anything new relating to the weather.
