In Oblivion, there was no implemented Motion Blur, and it\'s safe to say that a \"real\" Motion Blur cannot be brought into the game simply by a mod. This mod just simulates Motion Blur. If you turn around quickly ingame, the scenery becomes blurred - the turn looks far more realistic and nicer than before. The player is given an amulet which he can use to activate and deactivate the effect any time. You can choose between a german and an english version. This mod will NOT hit your fps!
