New version fixes NPC recharging and tweaked well recharging. This mod just makes your currently equipped weapon restore its charges over a period of time like Morrowind. Works with any custom/mod added weapon. By default the restore rate is based on your Mysticism skill with it restoring up to 10 charges every 10 seconds. You can set the rate of restoration by pressing the ` key (above TAB and below ESC) to open the console and typing \"set EnchantRestoreTimer to #\" without quotes which sets your restoration rate to every # seconds. You can turn off the mysticism skill dependency by opening the console and typing \"set EnchantRestoreMysticism to 0\" without quotes. If you do that your weapon will restore its charges a set X amount every period of time (time depending on EnchantRestoreTimer) where X is the variable EnchantRestorePower setable by typing \"set EnchantRestorePower to X\" in the console. By default, X is 2. Example settings: - EnchantRestorePower = 2, EnchantRestoreTimer = 10, EnchantRestoreMysticism = 0, then you\'ll restore 2 charges every 10 seconds. - EnchantRestorePower = 1, EnchantRestoreTimer = . 5, EnchantRestoreMysticism = 0, then you\'ll restore 1 charge every half second. - EnchantRestoreTimer = 6, EnchantRestoreMysticism = 1, then you\'ll restore charges every 6 seconds depending on your mysticism skill. NPCs around you will also have their charges restored over time. Their charges are restored based only on EnchantRestorePower and EnchantRestoreTimer and not on their mysticism skill. EnchantmentRestore_Wells.esp adds extra functionality to Ayleid Wells. It increases your enchantment regeneration rate when you\'re near a well and activating a well completely restores your weapon to full charge.
