==Closed Steel Helmet== A closed steel helmet with visor. You can buy the helmet at \'Morvayns Peacemakers\' in Anvil. The helmet is nearly as good as a dwarven helmet, but also nearly as expensive. Since it\'s still quite a \'low level\' helmet I didn\'t make a level restriction, you can buy it from game start. ==Installation== Extract the archive into you Oblivion\\Data folder. Check the \'ClosedSteelHelmet.esp\' in your \'Data files\' menu. ==Permission== If you want to use this in one of your mods please contact me at the official elder scrolls forum. My username is \'Phitt\'. If I didn\'t reply after more than four weeks you\'re free to do whatever you want with it as long as it\'s not commercial. You can reupload, translate or include this mod in compilations without asking me as long as I\'m mentioned as the author of the mod.
