Starting a new Morroblivion game and disappointed that you can't loot the Census and Excise Office the same way you could in Morrowind? Then download this mod and end the disappointment!
This mod restores Morroblivion's Census and Excise Office in Seyda Neen to function the same way as the one in Morrowind did. Pick up your first dagger and lockpick, and open the chest, without any of it counting as theft! There is also no guard to watch you as you take the items. However, the expensive limeware platter does still count as stealing, as it did in Morrowind. No files from Morrowind are included in this mod; it's just one small esp file.
