Burden And Feather Rebalance

Boosts the magnitude of Burden effects and custom Feather enchantments to make both actually usable.

In vanilla Oblivion, Drain Strength is strictly better than Burden, and custom Fortify Strength enchantments are strictly better than custom Feather enchantments.

This mod triples the magnitude of all vanilla Burden spells and enchantments as well as custom-made ones, and almost doubles the magnitude of custom Feather enchantments, in order to fix this inconsistency, make Burden actually useful, and make custom Feather enchantments not suck.

It directly edits both Burden and Feather magic effects and all vanilla Burden spells, enchantments and Sigil Stones, so it should only conflict with other mods that do the same thing. Load it after any potential conflicts and there shouldn't be an issue. Mods that add Burden enchantments will probably be inconsistent with this one.
