Spells for Bound Longsword and Bound Battleaxe
Adds spells for summoning Bound Longsword and Bound Battleaxe, to be purchased from Athragar in the Chorrol Mages Guild. The spell costs and weapon stats follow their vanilla counterparts Bound Mace and Bound Sword. Leveled spell lists were modified so that enemies will use them alongside other bound weapons.
