Bound weapons disappearing mid-fight? Not anymore.

This mod upgrades all Bound Weapon and Bound Armor spells by increasing their duration to 120 seconds (2 minutes) — while keeping their Magicka cost the same. No more weapons vanishing just as the battle gets good. Now your conjured gear sticks around and stays useful.

Perfect for stealth assassins, battlemages, and anyone who wants conjured equipment to be a reliable part of their build.

⚔️ What This Mod Does:

• []All Bound Weapon and Armor spells now last 120 seconds

  []No increase in Magicka cost — same spells, just longer-lasting

  []Covers swords, bows, armor, shields, and more

  []Works for both player and NPCs who use bound gear

  📦 Installation Instructions

  Place the `BoundSpellOverhaul.esp` file into your plugin directory based on your version of the game:

  • Game Pass version:

  C:\XboxGames\The Elder Scrolls IV- Oblivion Remastered\Content\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

  • Steam version:

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivian Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

  Then either:

  • []Open your `plugins.txt` file and add the line `BoundSpellOverhaul.esp` to the bottom

    []Or use a Mod Manager like Vortex to enable it

    This mod only adjusts the duration of bound gear spells and does NOT affect scripts, stats, or combat mechanics. It should work with any magic, balance, or gameplay overhaul.
