Freighter Uplink

An exosuit technology module that teleports you aboard your freighter from anywhere. Energise!

Inspired by Orbital Uplink But Tech by FriendlyFirePL, which teleports you to the local space station. That mod showed the way - go and give it a look.

How to get it

• []Research it at the Space Anomaly, Exosuit technology tree (after the Exo-Skiff), for 1,000 Nanites.

  []Build it: 2 Wiring Loom, 500 Chromatic Metal, 3 Warp Cells.

How to use it

• []Free to use - it never needs charging.

  []Open your exosuit technology, select the Freighter Uplink and choose Teleport to your freighter.

  []Works even when your freighter is in another system.

Built-in safety checks

• []Tells you if you don't own a freighter yet.

  []Tells you if you are already aboard.

  []Works on foot only - step out of your starship, exocraft or submarine first.

Install

Unzip and put the FreighterUplink folder into No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\MODS. If the game asks to disable mods, choose No.

To uninstall, remove the module from your exosuit first, then delete the folder.

Compatibility

Adds new entries only (its own technology, research node, reward and mission), so it should sit alongside other mods. Tested with Orbital Uplink But Tech installed at the same time.
