TTW - Craftable Throwables

Adds crafting recipes for NV's throwable (non-explosive) weapons.

Thanks to a request from Oskar on the TTW discord, who raised a good point -

The downside to doing a ninja or tribal playthrough is that throwables can be relatively rare.

While the excellent Retrievable Throwables is a partial remedy, there are always going to be occasions where you might lose track of your thrown weapons and diminish an already low supply.

This allows crafting of those weapons.  I've tried to balance skill requirements and components with the relative power of the weapons.

One thing that may not be to taste - I added a recipe for the Throwing Knife Spear using standard knives.  I know that technically those use the Cosmic Knife, itself a rare resource.

There is an optional version without the Throwing Knife Spear - I don't feel that the Cosmic Knife is common enough (less common than the spear itself) to bother with a recipe using it.

This is TTW only (requires railway spikes for several recipes).  I do not have plans for a NV version of any kind.

This mod was made upon request, and I won't be adding or changing anything unless I notice a bug.

Compatible (requires) TTW, but should be compatible with almost everything that doesn't add recipes with identical names.
