The Sanctuary has the following amenities: - Player bed - Clean water sources (faucet, toilet) - Work, Reloading, and sitting benches. - Running refrigerator (Can make Ice Cold Nuka Colas) - Working stove (Ala camp fire) - 2 crates, 3 lockers, 1 foot locker - Stylist Robot (barber) - Auto-mechanic (Repair items but requires paying) - Jukebox Also the following items are provided free - 3 Prostitutes outfits (one of each type) - Sexy Sleepwear - 10 Skill books (one of each type)
