📋 About This Mod
Venture beyond the New Vegas Strip into the ruins that were left behind and forgotten to discover a haunting adventure with plenty of spooks and frights. Discover the derelict remains of Gally's Hotel & Casino, while you search for a ghost hunter who got lost inside. Just hope you don't come across any darker spirits during your investigation. It might do you some good to bring a gun or two, just in case.
To begin the quest, listen to the Ghost Files Radio Broadcast on your Pip-Boy and follow the instructions.
It's recommended that you take it slowly when exploring the casino. You never know what you might miss by sprinting through everything. Additionally, this mod is designed with vanilla lighting in mind, so mods that alter lighting may ruin the atmosphere.
Recommended level is 15+. You could do it at lower levels, but it might be a bit painful.

Q: Wait a second, the worldspace doesn't fit in with the Strip's exterior! That's weird!
A: Yep. Listen, the Las Vegas Strip IRL isn't just 4 casinos, I took some creative liberties and extended the space where the Strip would reasonably be. I certainly wasn't going to try shoving Gally's behind Michael Angelos' factory like every other mod that touches the Strip.
Q: Where is the entrance to the Strip Ruins? I can't find it.
A: It's located close to the El Rey Motel. You can find it by looking for a bus along the Strip wall.
Q: Do you believe that ghosts are real?
A: Nope, but I do think that supernatural ghostly stuff is very spooky and fun.
Q: Those ghost hunters, Shane and Ryan, seem very familiar.
A: That's because they're directly based on Ryan and Shane from the ghost hunting shows Buzzfeed Unsolved and Ghost Files. Check them out, they're great. Even if you don't believe in ghosts (I don't either), their dynamic duo is hilarious to watch.
Q: Is this compatible with x Strip overhaul mod?
A: Since the casino is placed in its own worldspace, it should be! The only notable incompatibility would be if a mod touches the part of the Strip wall where the Strip Ruins Entrance is placed. Also, there might be visual inconsistencies with the Strip seen at Gally's if the overhaul mod makes significant changes, i.e. new buildings.
