Adds previously unused billboards which were only seen during the intro to The Strip's perimeter wall making it slightly less dull.
There are only three images on the billboards used in different orientations, so it may have a slight repeat pattern, but with 91 of them added to the entire wall it's a huge improvement over the boring vanilla walls.
They each had to have their position relative to the wall adjusted slightly so they shouldn't clip too much from a distance.
Adding additional billboards in non-default positions though possible, is fiddly, so It doesn't quite match the intro, but the wall is different in that too.
Potential issue: Using this with another mod that alters or removes pieces of the wall may leave an 'orphaned' floating billboard.
