OVERVIEW
Remember the named S. P. E. C. I. A. L ranks from the Vigor Tester? Yeah, me neither. With quick start mods you may never have to see them and while working on SPECIAL Stat Icons i thought this could be another thing i could add to the pipboy and character generation menu to add a little extra fluff to make them menus more interesting.
Now, whenever you hover over a S. P. E. C. I. A. L stat in your Pip-Boy or cycle through the stats you wish to pick in the Character Generation Menu, its corresponding rank title for each specific stat and permanent level will be displayed right below the list for you to see, giving those rank names some extra opportunities to appear.
Automatic support for Vanilla UI Plus and Vanilla UI Extension, user adjustment of the UI element's position is also available via .ini and MCM Extender.
