Smokes of the Mojave acts as a simple mesh and texture replacer for the cigarettes you find throughout the wasteland.

The cigarette now uses an updated mesh that properly separates the filter from the tipping paper, paired with a new set of seamless textures that improves on the rough vanilla look. Comes with better detail and subtle grime for a more wasteland appropriate appearance, so no matter if it’s scattered on the ground or resting near an old ashtray, they’ll now feature a fresh new look.

Packaged with a FOMOD installer, it includes four visual style options: a regular appearance, a Fallout 4 inspired design, a more upscale all white version, and a movie inspired 4 a Day cigarette.

Compatible with A Smoke Before the Storm and includes extra selectable features such as a scriptrunner to change its model to show unlit in the world and lit with glow when smoked, ySI support with a custom icon and a more vanilla styled Pip-Boy icon along with the option for a 512x512 HD CPI-style variant.

UPCOMING

A more expansive version of the mod is in the works, which will flesh out and overhaul the cigarette selection by adding new variants (such as unused, lit, and discarded butts) to the usual prewar variety, as well as entirely new styles like wasteland rolled smokes. These will be integrated into leveled lists and optionally added to the world via Base Object Swapper to appear along where the base games cigarette would.

Should be compatible with anything that doesn't also replace the base games cigarette meshes and textures, If using A Smoke Before the Storm, load this after it.
