Ranger Ghost Companion

Ranger Ghost is another popular character on the list of "most wanted companions" on reddit and on Nexus it would seem. After meeting her atop a roof at the Mojave Outpost, she asks you to go investigate a burning town. After the quest ends, she defaults to a single line without entering into dialogue.

Now, you can take Ranger Ghost (well, a clone of her) out on your adventures. The mod utilizes a clone of the NPC which spawns after the completion of "Keep your eyes on the Prize" and despawns the original NPC. The despawning should only happen when the quest is marked as completed and the option to converse with Ranger Ghost disappears. this was the only way to get a Ranger Ghost that can actually be spoken to after the quest.

The spawning NPC will spawn on the road at the outpost, despite it being on the building in GECK. I do not know why this is the case, so just jump down form the building to get to the NPC.

The follower is feature complete and no further updates are planned unless I find something that needs fixing.

At this point I'm just running through a list of followers that I feel might be cool, TTW and NV, be it requested or not.

MOD FEATURES

- She will follow the player just like a normal companion anywhere you go after completion of "Keep your eyes on the prize" quest.

- She can wait, be dismissed (Including to L38), traded with and have her tactics be changed. Her companion wheel is also working.

- She has a companion perk that gives + 15 guns.

- She has Idle Chatter tied to a timer so you should expect a line once every 20 or so minutes.

A patch for this follower is included in that mod's optional files. Get that if you want to use that mod with this one.

I have also released a standalone Mannequin race editor for the companion. Refer to main files. Only download one main file.

Mannequin Edits:

Mannequin Edit Vanilla: Mannequin race with the vanilla hair to not clip through the hat.

Mannequin Edit: Mannequin Race with Mannequin Hair which has clipping through the hat.
