Point Lookout Performance Fix - ESPless

I think all of us are aware of how terrible the performance in Point Lookout is.

Some time ago, a modern modding genius, Wall_SoGB, through in-depth technical research, determined that there is an issue involving double scene rendering in order to enable the highest-quality water reflections.

*I may not be describing the technical details with complete accuracy, but I believe this is a secondary concern.

At the same time, it was discovered that a specific INI setting called bForceHighDetailReflections slightly reduces reflection quality but significantly improves performance.

Some time ago, disabling this setting was added to VNV.

The problem, however, is that this disables high-detail reflections for all worldspaces in the game, even those where performance is perfectly acceptable.

Therefore, I created a simple mod that degrades reflections only in Point Lookout.

If desired, you can add any worldspace to the mod’s INI file, and the fix will be applied to it as well.

On my old laptop, I experience frame rate drops below 60 FPS only in Point Lookout.

This fix improves performance by 10-12 FPS - for me, from 54 to 65.
