Passively displays DLC and Equipment Pack messages when starting a new game so that button clicking is not needed.
Description:
As both a modder and general troubleshooter, I often have the need to test with a freshly started game ... and am then forced to click OK buttons way too many times - to dismiss all of those annoying DLC messages and Equipment Pack messages - before I can actually start productive testing. All too often that happens dozens of times per day. Sometimes dozens and dozens of times per day. Which can be extremely ... irksome.
So ... not finding a suitable patch (one may already exist but if so it eluded discovery) I've made one myself - for myself certainly, but also for all other modders / troubleshooters / players who may find it useful. Even if no one else installs this thing, it will still have been worth my while!
Installation:
Place this patch anywhere in your load order. No conflicts expected. No hassles either.
Requirements:
This patch requires all DLCs and Equipment Packs; e.g. Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition. Here is the list:
Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road, Gun Runners' Arsenal, Caravan Pack, Classic Pack, Mercenary Pack, and Tribal Pack.
