This tiny file simply disables AP loss while sprinting outside of active combat with JAM sprint.
Once you hit the Danger detection state, you will drain AP when sprinting. Caution will not drain AP.

JAM - Just Assorted Mods or JVS - Just Vanilla Sprint
Installation:
Regular installation, just delete or hide the plugin for the version you don't use.
