FNV LOD TEXTURE PATCHES
AS OF VERSION V1. 0 AND ABOVE, VANILLA LOD MESHES WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. TCM MESHES WILL BE A MINIUMUM REQUIREMENT.
THE MODELS & UVs ARE VASTLY SUPERIOR AND ALLOW FOR BETTER LOD. SAME FOR NUCLEAR LOD. THANK YOU.
In a nutshell, this mod adds proper HD LOD textures for texture packs like NMC's texture pack and Poco/Ojo Beuno for various game objects and structures that previously didn't have designated LOD textures for them.
The mod patches the most obvious offenders such as:
Mccarran wall towers
Mccarran grey stone walls and block towers (most obvious in Primm)
Large Industrial buildings
Liquor stores and red brick buildings
Satellite dishes
Cranes (Require FNV LOD Supplementation for proper transparency in the mesh)
Yangtze Memorial
Because these meshes didn't have LOD textures in NMC's texture pack or Poco/Ojo it resulted in extremely janky and obvious pop-in as there was a major disparity in the textures regarding color and detail for the LOD models and fully loaded models. In other words, with this mod, no more mismatched textures.
Contains diffuse textures and Normals with some meshes to correct NMC LODs. No esps. Install the mod, run LODGEN and enjoy.
Let me know if there are other textures which are mismatched and I'll try to fix them.
Compatibility:
Overwrite files from Much Needed LOD with mine. This is recommended.
