The following GRA vendors will always have 30,000 caps: Cliff Briscoe, Alexander, Gunrunner Vendortron, Mick & Ralph, Knight Torres, and the Boomer Munitions Manager at Nellis. Gloria VanGraff has not been changed, and by leaving her unchanged you do not need Gun Runner\'s Arsenal to use this mod. If you have the GRA DLC, put this after it as this mod overrides GRA\'s changes on vendor caps. There is a problem with all vendors. When they have around 32,000 caps they become bugged and do not give caps back when you sell something. This mod resets the caps for the vendors listed above to 30,000 every time you start a trade with them. So for best usage: 1. Always sell your items first, then buy from them. 2. If a vendor has more than 30,000 caps and you decide you want to sell something, exit the trade and start a new trade. No new vendors will be added but full permission is given to modify and redistribute.
