Anniversary Anim Pack in a soft requirement. Most, if not all the locomotion mods don't have AimIS files with baked IS nodes causing ADS anims to stick to the last position of the anim cycle if you stop moving while still aiming. But Anniversary Anim Pack has AimIS files with baked IS nodes effectively fixing the issue.
Anniversary Anim Pack is compatible with pretty much all weapon animation mods from my tests, just load it before the anim mods you want to use.
