📋 About This Mod
This file is now included in New Vegas Error corrections and bug fixes: http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=44204. But will continue to be offered seperately as well as within the aforementioned pack. 1. 0 Should be complete now. All headgear glasses and masks should work according to what I felt was a logical approach based on model. Note the Space helmet is accounted as a nose object as I could not find a suitable slot for it. Also note this does not fix clipping issues as previously discussed, as frankly I do not have mesh skills as yet. When my Riverside project is far enough along I will use this mod and an attempt to fix the mesh suggestion as my trial run however. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have been editing the stock, and modded headgear I\'ve used in FO3 and FO:NV so that it is compatible with any number of custom hair style mods you will find on here. Now after a fresh install and hard drive wipe I figured this time when I remake it I will upload it. One for use by others who would like to add a since of style, or decent hat usage to their already stylish characters. Two so I wont have to remake it every damn time I reformat my hard drive. Now this is not just a hat fixer. It will fix all vanilla head gear (hats, headbands, helmets.) To allow not only custom hair styles to show on those with room for it, but to allow use for eye-wear and masks where possible. This one currently only touchs the stock Fallout New Vegas game, it should be loaded after any armor or clothing mods to prevent the retagging of items being over written by another mod. Some items, such as the Recon armor helmet are tagged to allow custom hair for those with a bangs(sp) fetish to enjoy a nicely framed face without loosing the extra protection. If you have any suggestions for retagging of those items I have done or have yet to touch please feel free to leave a polite comment. As this is my first mod upload I hope you all enjoy it, I know I do. Things to come: Completeion of the FNV Hat fix in all forms. Any headgear that covers the eye area will eventually be given four-eyes support. Have not decided if I will add water breathing to all resperator/rebreather type masks and helms as its a bit of a stretch to think every one of them is designed for water use. Its mostly as a way to keep from breaking game play by having to switch out your gear for your swimming set. Random additional comments and information: Also keep in mind that hats are not marked with the headband slot, one to reduce confliction with hair styles, and two, because you can infact wear a bandana under/over a hat without it taking up to much space for the hat to fit in reallity. Enjoy -That @#&-hole Minngarm. -Temporary change log: Added four-eyes support for most eye covering head gear. have not adapted power armor helms a

For Fallout New Vegas players who are tired of hats clipping through their character's face or hair. If you're a modder or a completionist who wants a cleaner look without overhauling your game, this is a quick fix. Skip if you don't wear hats or if you use modded headgear exclusively.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's an old mod, make sure to place it in your load order after any mods that alter vanilla hats to avoid conflicts.
- If you use a mod manager like Vortex or FOMM, install it manually by dropping the files into your Data folder and enabling the .esp.
- Test with different eye support options in-game to see which one works best with your character's face.
