📋 About This Mod
No more boring tents squatting around radio towers thanks to Outlander3k F4 Bunker Tileset. Now the rangers sit in fortified relay stations with radio towers that light up and I also added watch towers seen in honest hearts. I left Ranger Station Charlie alone because the design is at least different. Side note Ranger Station Bravo's layout is cursed, like what the fuck is that fence? You're in a dangerous area surrounded by ghouls and supermutants but you decide to make the shittiest perimeter fence? Oh Right you're rangers; the bad asses of the Republic but can't make a proper wall to protect your desert rotted ass. This is why I have a ghoul follow me to your camp so I can watch you guys get smacked around. Fuck you Bravo, I fixed your shit. Anyways, enjoy.
I recommend MCIP - Ranger Station Charlie
Features:
+ Bunker fortifications
+ Clutter here and there
+ Lonesome Road Radio Towers
+ Honest Hearts Watch Towers
+ Restored Ranger Station Foxtrot bunker hatch
+ Spotlights will illuminate areas after dark
+ TTW version I added some to DC (11)
+ All Radio bunkers (9)
+ Agatha's Radio Tower
+ Wernher's distress signal Radio Tower
Like with ANY location mod:
DO NOT INSTALL/UNINSTALL MIDPLAYTHROUGH.
Requirements:
HH + LR + OWB
Compatibility:
Lived-in AIO - clipping clutter fixed in the patch
TLD - Moves idle anim and clutter out of the way
YUP Patch - Disables a light source added to the fireplace in RS Alpha. yup. copy/merge the edit into the YUP patch
Is this compatible with X? idk you should test it and let me know
technically you can install a location mod midplaythrough as long as you haven't visited the location. AS LONG AS YOU HAVENT VISITED THE LOCATION.(test it first)
I tell people to not install midplaythrough because some mod users will install the mod after 100 hour playthrough and start running into issues and now I need to figure out if this is an actual bug or the mod user installed the mod after being in that location and that's a fucking headache. One time someone uninstalled a different location mod and then installed mine and opened a bug report because bugs :))))). Ok done yapping if you read this far you passed the Turing test and probably aren't one of those mod users so use this info, don't be a dummy and test the mod first. always test.

DM's Ranger Stations is a visual overhaul for Fallout 4 that replaces the default dirty tent ranger stations with Radio Relay Bunker-style structures. It's a simple cosmetic mod with 266 endorsements and over 82,000 downloads, last updated in January 2026.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge download count (82k) — clearly a popular pick for lore-friendly visuals
- Simple one-file install, no dependencies or patches needed
- Last updated January 2026 — still fresh and likely compatible with current game version
⚠️ Cons
- Only affects ranger stations — if you're looking for broader settlement overhauls, this won't scratch that itch
- No screenshots or detailed description — you're flying blind on what the bunkers actually look like
- Endorsement-to-download ratio is low (266 endorsements vs 82k downloads) — many players grab it but don't bother to endorse
For Fallout 4 players who want a quick, lore-friendly visual upgrade to ranger stations without touching gameplay. If you're a settlement builder who wants more variety in the Commonwealth, this is a nice touch. Skip if you're after major content overhauls or if you prefer to keep the original wasteland aesthetic.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Drop the .esp file into your Data folder and enable it in your mod manager or launcher — no F4SE needed.
- If you're using other mods that alter ranger stations, load this one after them to ensure the bunker look wins.
- Check the mod page for any optional files or updates — the description is sparse, so the comments section might have player screenshots.
