Overview:
Made this home with the Followers Of The Apocalypse in mind, The best faction in the Mojave with actual good intentions all the way around yet they hardly get any content so I made a home I think one would live in.
Location:
South of New Vegas Medical Clinic, Neighboring Hostetler Home.(Check screenshot)
Features:
+ 2. 0 Unmarked Quest - Bring life back to the Little Apocalypse by fixing the water tank
+ 2. 0 Safehouse key requirement - You must now befriend the FOA to gain access to this home. small oversight I missed
+ 2. 0 SnowGlobe Collection - Collect and display those little globes
(SG may cause performance issues use this mod by Radioactivelad if you notice fps tanking).
+ 2. 0 Barber Mirror - Change your hairstyle with a straight razor requirement.
Quality of Life feature: Straight razor holder so you don't have to keep it in your inventory simply activate it.
+ 2. 0 Dead Money Vending machine - Once you finish dead money a prompt will appear to purchase one
+ 2. 0 Changeable movie posters - Movie posters now feature a selection of popular movie actors from the silver screen.
+ Standard House amenities - Storage + Workbenches + Water source
+ Light switches - On/Off
+ Tuneable Radios - Pick whatever Radio Station you want to listen to finally (Will only affect the radio in mod)

Issues:
Overwrites: This mod uses assets from other mod resources. So overwrites are most likely due to using the same asset. Nothing to worry about.
Installation:
Install with the Mod Manager of your choice (Not Vortex)
Compatibility:
Incompatible with any mod that edits the same location. I feel like that's a given.
