DLC Weapon Integration
Non unique DLC weapons, their weapon mods, and their new ammo will be integrated into the Mojave Wasteland and DLCs through leveled lists/items. All through scripting so there's 0 conflicts for any mods you run. It's highly recommended after loading this esp you wait/sleep in an interior cell for 72+ hours for the leveled items/lists to refresh. Keep in mind that leveled lists/items/weapons etc go by certain chance of being picked, so don't expect a weapon you want to get to be found so quickly. This has been made to be as lore friendly as possible.
6 fixes to leveled lists had to be changed to work correctly. Without them, the leveled lists wouldn't properly scale with the player's level to choose lower or higher leveled weapons. Happy Trails Expedition quest also had to be altered to cut out when it adds 45 ammo into the wasteland so it's not added again after completing the DLC.
Please note from the scripting link above:
AddItemToLeveledList adds a form to a Leveled Item list. This should be used in the RARE case where we want to add an item to a Leveled Item list that already exists in the ESM. Its primary use is for modifying lists from the base game in downloadable content. In most cases you should add items to form lists in the editor object windows. This is for those special cases where you want to alter the contents of a list at run time or want to change it without putting it in your ESP/ESM file. Once altered using this function, it will persist in the save game data. It can not be undone.
This mod is included into NVEC v3. 3, so do not run this with it.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community trust with 5,558 endorsements and 189k downloads.
- Zero-conflict scripting means it plays nice with your other mods.
- Makes DLC gear feel like part of the world instead of locked behind DLC quests.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2022—might need a compatibility check with newer mods.
- Only covers non-unique weapons, so unique DLC gear stays as-is.
- Script-based integration could be less predictable than manual placement for some players.
For Fallout: New Vegas players who want DLC weapons to show up naturally in the wasteland without breaking their mod setup. If you're tired of only seeing the same vanilla guns, this adds variety. Skip if you prefer to keep DLC content separate or use a different loot overhaul.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have all DLCs installed, or the mod won't have anything to integrate.
- Load this mod early in your load order—script-based mods work best before other leveled list edits.
- If you use a mod manager, let it handle the install to avoid overwriting files.
