What else is there to describe? This is just an espless and prettier (in my humble opinion) version of AidUI.
Be sure to check out the included ConsumablesWidget.ini or MCM (MCM Extender required) for a bunch of options to change the position of the widgets, max amount of effects that can be displayed and a bunch of other stuff.
