📋 About This Mod
Ballistic weapons will now fire genuine projectiles, meaning they are no longer hitscan. The speed & impact force of a weapon's ammo type are adjusted based on the caliber/weapon. Ranges are adjusted in a few cases but most are left as default due to inconsistent ranges found when testing (This isn't really too big of a factor as range is just the cut-off distance where bullets stop being tracked and disappear. All projectiles with default ranges pretty much reach as far as you can see). Guns that previously weren't able to do so will now be able to pass through small transparents (i.e. things like chain fences). There's also fixes for weapons to use their correct projectile type which previously did not. This mod uses a script and is easily configurable to fit personal changes. I've provided a few notes next to the first changes made, so it should be simple enough to understand with just a quick glance.
P. S. This mod is based off Bullet Ballistics and is where I got the inspiration from. Kudos to the author :)

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge download count (340k+) shows it's a go-to for realism mods
- ESP-less means it won't clutter your load order or cause conflicts
- Configurable so you can tweak bullet behavior to your liking
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in June 2023 — might not be compatible with the latest game patches
- No documentation provided, so you'll have to figure out the config options yourself
- Pseudo-realistic speeds might feel off if you're used to vanilla gunplay
For players who want more realistic gunplay in their game, especially those who enjoy tactical shooters. If you're tired of hitscan weapons and want to lead your shots, this is for you. Skip if you prefer the arcade feel of vanilla weapons.
