A very simple and straightforward mod - adds a Reloading Bench recipe to 'breakdown' Lead Pipes into raw lead for ammo crafting.
Each pipe, regardless of condition, gives you 500 lead. Recipe is available automatically, requires 50 Repair skill.
Works with Tale of Two Wastelands as well as vanilla New Vegas, does not require anything but New Vegas itself.
