Turns out an artist named selassie manually crafted a handmade remake of many New Vegas posters and billboards and made them available as a resource here. These are unbelievably good 4K quality works of art. Since the permission to use these assets is free, I have decided to convert them all into replacers for the original New Vegas posters and billboards.
Please if you like this mod, go to selassie's mod page, download his/her stuff and endorse it, because it's criminally underrated.
Anyway, treat this mod as a direct replacer for the mentioned Billboards HD mod, it's better in every way. The assets I found covered most of the billboards that my old mod had, only a couple of them are unchanged.
