Ok, realistically you won't see underwear that often unless you're looting every body you see, but I still made this retexture a few months ago and decided to upload it now. The texture size has gone up from 512x512 to 2048x2048, and was redrawn from scratch.
By default, they are the same gray color as vanilla, but you can also use a black or white replacer under Optional Files. You only need to download one file, so choose your favorite color and enjoy!
Install with your preferred mod manager, or manually place the 'textures' folder into your New Vegas 'Data' folder.
