Garage Clock Thermometer

Description

Garage Clock Thermometer adds a ceiling-mounted digital clock and thermometer to the garage in My Winter Car.

The idea is simple: when you are working on the car, freezing in the garage, and wondering why your heating bill looks like a small national debt, you should at least know the time, the temperature, and which radiator you forgot turned on.

The clock displays:

- In-game time

- Day of the week

- Garage temperature

- Outside temperature

- Garage heating status

- Active radiator side

- Optional 12-hour mode

- Adjustable position with save/reset support

The display is mounted above the garage doors and is designed to look like a practical digital garage clock rather than a random floating HUD element.

Main features

Digital garage clock

Shows the current in-game time directly inside the garage.

Day display

Shows the current day of the week.

Temperature display

Shows both garage temperature and outside temperature, so you can compare how miserable it is inside versus outside.

Heating status

Displays whether garage heating is ON or OFF.

Radiator side indicator

The arrows below the heating status show which radiator is active:

<>  both garage radiators are on

<-  left radiator is on

->  right radiator is on

--  no radiator is active

This makes it easier to see what is actually heating the garage without walking around checking every switch.

12-hour mode

For people who prefer AM/PM instead of proper 24-hour time. No judgement. Mostly.

Position adjustment mode

The clock can be moved and fine-tuned in-game.

- F8: Toggle position edit mode

- Arrow keys: Move clock forward/back/left/right

- Page Up / Page Down: Move clock up/down

- Q / E: Rotate clock

- F9: Snap clock to aimed surface

- F10: Save position manually

- F11: Reset clock to default position

- Shift: Fine movement

- Ctrl: Ultra-fine movement

- Alt: Micro movement

There is also a Reset clock position to default button in the MSCLoader settings menu.

Installation instructions

1. Install MSCLoader for My Winter Car.

2. Place the GarageClockThermometer.dll file in your Mods folder.

3. Start the game.

4. Enable the mod in MSCLoader if needed.

5. The clock should appear mounted in the garage above the doors.

If the clock is moved accidentally, open the mod settings and use Reset clock position to default.
