This mod adds a fully functional service pit cover to the garage, inspired by real workshop trapdoors.

The pit can be opened and closed using a wall-mounted button, allowing easy access when working under the car and a solid, walkable surface when closed.

The cover slides smoothly between open and closed positions and can be safely walked on when closed.

Opening and closing are accompanied by electric motor sounds, with a metallic clonk sound at the end of travel for added realism.

The visuals, movement, and audio are tuned to match the atmosphere and style of the base game, avoiding exaggerated effects or unrealistic behavior.

Button interaction is disabled while the pit is moving to prevent spam or glitches.

Textures, colors, and sound effects can be freely replaced or customized by the user. For best compatibility and stability, it is recommended to use uncompressed WAV audio files in mono format, 44100 Hz, 16-bit PCM.

This mod was created in free time as a hobby project.
