This mod adds a simple UI readout and optional highlights when you aim at bolts/screws in build mode.

This type of ShowBoltSize mod has a strong focus on user-friendliness and customization options. It’s not a case of take it or leave it! You have the choice.

Fully compatible with MSC ModLoader (Settings, Keybinds, Bug Report, AutoUpdate, etc.).

• []1) UI Mode System (Exact / Hints / Off)

  Instead of multiple UI checkboxes, you now choose one mode:- Exact (mm) = classic size readout (e.g. “10 mm”)- Hints (No-Cheat) = no exact numbers, only “too small / too big” style hints- Off = disables UI completely[]2) NEW Highlight Style: V2 (Outline) – White Transparent

  A subtle, white transparent outline highlight made for the No-Cheat experience. Important: this style is NOT affected by the color pickers (by design).[]3) Quick Setups (1-click presets)

  In the General settings you can instantly apply presets:- Classic = Exact (mm) + V2 Outline- Vanilla Like = Exact (mm) + V1 Highlight- No-Cheat = Hints + White TransparentIf you tweak anything afterwards, it automatically switches to Custom.[]4) UI toggle is now fully synced + saved

  Switching UI mode via keybind now properly updates the setting and stays after restart.[]5) Pulse Scan Settings expanded

  You can now customize Pulse Scan:- Range: 3m / 5m (default) / 8m- Duration: 3–20 seconds (default: 5s)[]6) Pulse Scan fix: Oil Drain Plug supported

  The loose-bolt scan now also detects the oil drain plug correctly.

  - Socket bolts show the required size (e.g. “10 mm”)- Screwdriver targets show “Screwdriver”- Rocker lock support included (treated like screwdriver targets)[]Hints (No-Cheat):

  - No exact mm numbers- Shows smart hints like “slightly too small / slightly too big / way too big”- Screw-type targets show a “try a different tool” style hint (no spoilers)
